LITOPENAEUS VANNAMEI
Vannamei shrimp have a tender taste and a crispy structure. Their shell is light brownish and the meat is greyish white when raw and orangy when cooked. The vannamei shrimp is originated and processed responsibly under ASC or BAP certified cluster.
