Vannamei shrimp

LITOPENAEUS VANNAMEI

Vannamei shrimp have a tender taste and a crispy structure. Their shell is light brownish and the meat is  greyish white when raw and orangy when cooked. The vannamei shrimp is originated and processed responsibly under ASC or BAP certified cluster.

Year round with low season from December through March

FARMING METHOD

Vannamei Shrimp are farmed along the coast of Vietnam from Hue down to Bac Lieu and Ca Mau.
